We have been serving the areas of Cashiers, Glenville, Highlands, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway, and Brevard for over 15 years and pride ourselves on the homes we maintain, the homeowners we work with, and the guests we host.

S & S Properties of WNC was built on the foundation of Scott and Sybil Smith who established S and S Property Management in the early 2000s. Son, Scott Ryan Smith and daughter-in-law, Stephanie Smith took over in 2020 and are committed to upholding the values held since day one.
